Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Manage and maintain cash registers and related equipment,Handle insurance claims and patient payments,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Assist in any other tasks as required by the clinic

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds,Must be able to pass a background check
