📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project manager to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Procore.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) is a plus.
