📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.

• Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with the executive team to address HR challenges and opportunities.
• Oversee the implementation of HR technologies and systems, such as BambooHR and Workday.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR roles.
• Certification in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools like BambooHR and Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
