📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities,Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes,Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
