📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Represent the company in external HR forums and networks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and projects.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in the mining or related industries is a plus.
