🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
