📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Provide backend support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.,Manage and maintain service schedules and records.,Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.,Monitor service performance and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with backend support and system maintenance is a plus.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.
