Golden Brilliant Sanitaryware is looking for a dedicated Team Leader SPG/SPB to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or Sales Promotion Boy (SPB) to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of SPG/SPB to ensure the successful execution of promotional activities.,Setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitoring and reporting on team performance and sales activities.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Promoting the company's products and services effectively.,Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability for promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or promotional activities.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales promotion techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the sanitaryware industry is a plus.
