📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Captain in planning and executing shipping routes.
• Manage and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the vessel and crew.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping and cargo operations.
• Assist in the training and development of the crew.
• Participate in emergency response and safety drills.
• Communicate effectively with port authorities, cargo owners, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain's Assistant or similar role in the shipping industry.
• Valid Marine License (STCW) and other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cargo handling and logistics operations.
• Proficient in English and local language.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
