📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining the office environment by ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper use of office supplies.,Support the GA department in managing office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.,Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities.,Maintain and update the office inventory system, ensuring accurate records are kept.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for the GA department.,Support the HR department in managing employee records and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or support role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
