📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control,Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management,Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven track record of driving sales growth,Experience with inventory management and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and technology,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
