📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for the crew.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Handle crew scheduling and personnel management.,Ensure compliance with environmental protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and leading a crew.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with cargo handling and port operations.
