📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the head chefs in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Learning and adapting to new recipes and techniques.
  • Assisting with food presentation and plating.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods.
