You will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Generate and manage loan and lease applications to ensure a steady flow of business for dealers and agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and agents through regular communication and personalized service.
• Monitor and analyze dealer performance, providing feedback and support to improve sales and service standards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase dealer engagement and drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to dealers and agents on ORIX products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maximize revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
