As a Docking Manager / Assistant Manager - Vessel Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the docking and undocking processes of our vessels, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the vessels are in optimal condition for their next voyage. You will work closely with our team of engineers, deck officers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our vessels are maintained to the highest standards, and that any issues are identified and resolved promptly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the docking and undocking processes of the vessels, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect vessels for any signs of damage or wear and tear, and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Work closely with the engineering and deck departments to ensure that vessels are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor the performance of the vessels, and identify any issues that may affect their operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with the company's Quality Management System and international standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the deck and engineering crews, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the company's maintenance and repair policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all documentation related to vessel maintenance and repairs is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vessel maintenance and repair, with a focus on docking and undocking operations.
• Certification as a Docking Master or equivalent.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards, including ISM, ISPS, and SOLAS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using vessel maintenance management software, such as Maximo or SAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in working in a multicultural environment, with the ability to adapt to different working styles and cultures.
