📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control fuel inventory levels using SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage fuel procurement and distribution.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in fuel inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel wastage and optimize inventory turnover.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of inventory management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the fuel or logistics sector.
• Proven expertise in SAP MM and SAP SD, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in fuel logistics and inventory management.
