Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.,Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and ensure designs align with the company's visual identity.,Develop and maintain the company's design standards and templates.,Ensure all designs are of high quality and meet the client's requirements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Assist in the development of the company's brand guidelines and style guides.,Support the marketing team in creating compelling visuals for social media and email campaigns.,Work with the web development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly on the company's website.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the insurance or marketing industry.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
