📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in company meetings and events, and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
