Seed Camp Jaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Support the HR team in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
