📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Conduct regular HR audits and reviews.,Develop and implement employee engagement programs.,Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
