📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
