📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Assist with patient education and support.
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment for all staff and patients.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
