Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the college's academic standards and curriculum.,Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Stay updated with the latest trends and research in the field of psychology and incorporate relevant knowledge into the curriculum.,Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development, helping them achieve their full potential.,Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.,Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the psychology program.,Promote the college's values and mission through your teaching, mentoring, and interactions with students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Relevant teaching experience in a higher education setting.,Strong knowledge of psychology theories, principles, and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.,Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends in psychology.,Passion for teaching and mentoring students.,Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and culture is a plus.
