Tanggung Jawab:
Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant recruitment software.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
