📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team productivity and morale.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
