Hokian Indra Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring that we have the right supplies at the right time. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them,Place orders for inventory items and monitor delivery schedules,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions,Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient restocking,Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that inventory is used effectively,Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
