Toko Maya Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.,Ensure that the store adheres to company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
