Manage and maintain sales records and databases,Process and verify sales orders and invoices,Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations,Assist in organizing sales meetings and events,Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
