Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment processes and payroll operations. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR and a good understanding of the local market. Knowledge of JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) is a plus.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Screen and interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including benefits enrollment and leave management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of JLPT is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
