📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and satisfied.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Manage and maintain the store's cash handling procedures and policies.,Ensure compliance with company sales and cash handling policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
