📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and execution of seasonal promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
