📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess training needs and create training materials.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid certification in training and development is a plus.
