Finance Controller - Leading Retail Group (Erajaya)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage financial software, including SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Work closely with the CFO and other senior finance leaders to drive financial planning and performance.
• Provide financial support to the business units to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
