As an IT Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring our IT infrastructure using advanced tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure using advanced tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
- Proactively detect and resolve potential system disruptions to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and maintain rapid escalation protocols for critical issues.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide first-level support for any issues that arise, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our infrastructure is always up-to-date.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of our IT infrastructure.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring.
- A strong background in network and system administration.
- Familiarity with advanced monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
