As a Payroll Outsourcing & Operations Consultant at Indodev Niaga Internet, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique payroll needs and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, including employee data management, tax calculations, and payroll reporting. Your daily tasks will involve working with various payroll software such as Payroll Plus, SAP, and Oracle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including employee data management, tax calculations, and payroll reporting.
• Work with various payroll software such as Payroll Plus, SAP, and Oracle to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Provide payroll consulting services to clients, offering expert advice on payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws in Bali, Indonesia.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline payroll operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct payroll audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior payroll staff on best practices and software usage.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll trends, technologies, and regulations to provide innovative solutions to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll operations and consulting.
• Certification in payroll software such as Payroll Plus, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and tax laws in Bali, Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant payroll software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
