📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
