📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the operations of assigned dry bulk vessels, ensuring efficient and safe voyages.
• Coordinate with international ports, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo handling and transportation.
• Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Comply with international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and other relevant standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners to ensure seamless cargo transportation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide regular reports on vessel performance, cargo handling, and operational costs to senior management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and execution to ensure the safety of crew and cargo.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vessel operations, preferably in the dry bulk sector.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and other relevant standards.
• Experience with vessel management software such as MAX, ECDIS, or similar systems.
• Good understanding of cargo handling procedures and international trade regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM Certificate) or equivalent.
