In this role, you'll be responsible for handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. You'll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a harmonious work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain employee records
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with managers to ensure a positive work environment
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday is a plus
- Valid IDP (Indonesia Domestic Worker) or equivalent certification is a plus
