📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Design and oversee the creation of bespoke experiences, including private events, customized itineraries, and exclusive access to premium amenities.
• Leverage advanced technology and data analytics tools to personalize and enhance guest experiences.
• Manage and coordinate with a team of experts, including event planners, concierges, and service providers, to ensure seamless execution of bespoke experiences.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and elevate the luxury experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and refine the luxury experience.
• Represent Elite Horizon Resorts & Private Estates at high-profile events and industry conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering exceptional, personalized experiences for high-profile clients.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as CRM systems, event planning software, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Passion for luxury, travel, and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
