Corporate Security Director

As our Corporate Security Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing security policies and procedures, conducting security audits, and managing relationships with law enforcement agencies. You will also play a key role in crisis management, ensuring swift and effective responses to security incidents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our assets, personnel, and operations.
• Oversee the security team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Manage relationships with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders to enhance our security capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a robust crisis management plan to ensure swift and effective responses to security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
• Monitor and analyze security trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential risks.
• Represent PT Global Shield Security Solutions in security-related meetings and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Corporate Security Management (CSM) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and other relevant standards.
• Proven experience in risk management and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
