Operation & Facility Team Leader

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our facility operations, ensuring that our store environments are clean, safe, and inviting for our customers. You will oversee a team of 10-15 staff, managing daily operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Our Bali store is a vibrant and bustling hub of activity, with a diverse range of customers visiting daily. As the Operation & Facility Team Leader, you will work closely with the store manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our health and safety protocols, as well as our environmental sustainability initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement and maintain our sustainability initiatives.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for facility supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other department heads to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Implement and maintain our customer service standards and protocols.
• Ensure that our store environments are clean, safe, and inviting for our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in implementing and maintaining sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with facility management software, such as ServiceMax or Workplace by FM.
• Ability to travel within Bali as needed.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
