📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure using advanced tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
• Proactively detect and resolve potential system disruptions to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and maintain rapid escalation protocols for critical issues.
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide first-level support for any issues that arise, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our infrastructure is always up-to-date.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring.
• A strong background in network and system administration.
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
